2023-02 Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Municipality of North Cowichan (the “Municipality”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Municipality of North Cowichan is seeking to undertake a Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment to identify and quantify climate risks and use this information to develop a prioritized strategy to treat and manage high-priority risks and vulnerabilities. Through this RFP the Municipality is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with expertise in climate risk assessment and adaptation planning to undertake the works described within this document for completion by March 2024.
