Description
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Corporation of the District of Saanich (the “District”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for a Public Participation and Community Engagement Software Solution, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars.
The Solution being sought will include a Software as a Service (SaaS) licence subscription that provides a multi-media enabled digital platform to support engagement activities on current and future community engagement projects. The successful Solution will enable users to view and interact with all engagement activities, opportunities to participate, and outcomes.
Note: This will be the only notice posted to BC Bid concerning this project. All documents/addenda are only available for download/submission on Saanich Procurement Portal https://saanich.bonfirehub.ca/portal/?tab=openOpportunities
Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Date and Time. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission.
