Scope includes fire sprinkler system replacement for under wharf and walkway sprinklers and piping, replacement and upgrade of sprinkler valve station in mechanical room, replacement and upgrade of backflow prevention assembly and piping, replacement and addition of some small sections of sprinkler piping within the building, and associated electrical and fire alarm work. Scope also includes general trades work as a result of sprinkler modifications or replacements. Mandatory site visit schedules for Thursday April 6, 2023 at 1:00 PM.
