NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS AND TRADES
Bid No. 23-168-004 South Meridian Elementary (Site 118)
Addition
will be received by the Board of Education no later than 14:00:00 (2:00:00 p.m.) local time on Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
The project is the construction of an addition at South Meridian Elementary, located at 16244 13 Avenue, Surrey, BC. The scope of work generally includes: construction of a 1092 m2 combustible, non-sprinklered, two-storey, mass timber and wood frame addition including eight new classrooms, along with site improvements and site services.
Bid Documents have been made available to prequalified General Contractors. The following General Contractors have been prequalified by the School District:
