| Closing date, time and location: | Submit bid by email to purchasing@Cumberland.ca. If possible, please respond before 2:00 pm Pacific Time on April 19, 2023. The Village will commence evaluation of responses after that time and reserves the right at its sole discretion to accept or reject any responses received after that time. |
| How to bid: | Please respond by completing and returning all pages of the Request for Quotation plus Appendix A. Prices quoted are to be exclusive of PST and GST. Terms and conditions are Appendix B. Bids should be submitted on this form via email in pdf format, one file only. Do not send multiple attachments. The onus is on the bidder to make sure the Village receives the bid. Bidders are welcome to request an email confirming receipt. |
