This ITT is issued by SFU for a prime contractor for its Academic Quadrangle distribution piping system on its Burnaby campus. The work is required to start on June 5, 2023, and substantial performance of work is required by August 31st, 2023 for Mechanical Work and September 29th, 2023 for Demolition and Landscaping. Time is of the essence.
A Site Visit / Pre-Tender Meeting, commencing from the main entrance of Academic Quadrangle, Simon Fraser University, Burnaby Campus, 8888 University Dr., Burnaby, B.C. V5A 1S6, will be conducted on May 4, 2023 at 13:00 (Pacific Time).
