TransLink, on behalf of its operating entity, British Columbia Rapid Transit Company Ltd. (“BCRTC”), is seeking interested parties which can design new Top-of-Rail Friction Modifier (“TORFM”) tread stick hardware for existing and incoming rolling stock fleet, including the supply of the manufactured hardware, and friction modifier (tread stick) consumables. The Contractor will be expected to oversee and manage the implementation of the project, including the transition to an operating program which BCRTC will be able to assume ownership of.
