Description
This is notice of the City of Nelson’s intent to post a request for proposal for construction management for Civic Centre Revitalization Project. This notice is for information purposes only. The request for proposal will be posted on https://nelson.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities . The City of Nelson is seeking a Construction Manager to provide construction management services throughout the Design, Pre-Construction, Construction, Commissioning and Closeout phases in the delivery of the Civic Centre Revitalization Project (CCRP). The successful Proponent will work with the project team during the pre-construction phases to provide construction cost estimates, schedules, and constructability advice, with the intention to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the work to be constructed.
