Qualified Suppliers
This RFQ is issued to Suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Roster for Category # 02 – Archaeology established by RFSQ 02/21 Professional Consulting Services for the purpose of conducting a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Framework Agreement.
Only Suppliers that were prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Quotations submitted by any other respondents will not be considered.
How to get pre-qualified

Addenda: It is the sole responsibility of the Respondent to check the Bonfire portal for any addenda(s) before submitting their response.

The District of Saanich is seeking responses for archaeological services in support of the upcoming capital program primarily for underground service replacements under the existing Master Framework Agreement 02-21.
The District may select more than one (1) Archaeological firm to provide support for the next two (2) years of capital program (i.e., 2023 and 2024) with options to extend the services for two (2) additional years of the capital program. Where more than one firm is selected, the work is intended to be allocated amongst the proponent teams to ensure adequate service support is in place to meet project timelines and needs.
