Qualified Suppliers
This RFQ is issued to Suppliers on the Qualified Supplier Roster for Category # 06 – Building Physical Condition Assessment established by RFSQ 02/21 Professional Consulting Services for the purpose of conducting a second stage selection process pursuant to the Master Framework Agreement.
Only Suppliers that were prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Quotations submitted by any other respondents will not be considered.

How to get pre-qualified

The intent of this RFQ is to select a consultant (the “Consultant”) to provide the services of completing Building Condition Assessments, assigning Facility Condition Index values, and preparation of a report, for the specified list of properties under the ownership of the District. Only Suppliers that were prequalified under RFSQ 02/21 are eligible to respond to this RFQ. Quotations submitted by any other respondents will not be considered.
