The project consists of the construction of a two-storey steel-framed addition for 8 classrooms and 2 NCL childcare spaces. The addition will include a new hydraulic elevator, complete mechanical and electrical systems, additional parking, and reconfigured vehicular driveway. The new classrooms will be connected to the existing building through opening the exterior block wall to join hallways. The project will also include a new fire suppression system throughout the entire school. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
