Description
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Kamloops to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Supply and Delivery of Flowers as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is the Tournament Capital Centre and draws thousand of tourists a year. The visual aesthetic is important and we are a multiple winner of Communities in Bloom. A typical year may result in approximate 30,000 plants being ordered including 300 different varieties.
The term of the resulting agreement is to be for one year with four optional one year extensions.
