Fraser Health Authority (FH) intends to enter into an agreement with Apex Consulting for the Royal Columbian Elevator #1-3 Modernization Project (E403-00). The maximum contract value extension is $76,379.88 - plus tax. FH has chosen not to complete a public tendering process but negotiate the contemplated contract for the following reasons:
- Apex Consulting is currently on site (Royal Columbian Hospital) working on Elevators #4-6.
- Apex Consulting has extensive knowledge of Royal Columbian Hospital, the elevators and design specifications. All of these elevators are critical to clinical and facility operations and patient care.
- Apex Consulting is registered and complies with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.
- Apex Consulting has Comprehensive Commercial General Liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $5,000,000.00 inclusive per occurrence against bodily injury, personal injury and property damage.
- Apex Consulting has Automobile Liability insurance coverage on all vehicles owned, operated or licensed in an amount not less than $ 2,000,000.00.
- Apex Consulting has professional liability insurance coverage.

Provide proof showing your qualification, workplan, insurance coverage, and worksafe BC clearance letter related to the requirements defined in this NOI. Only challenges from qualified contractors will be reviewed.
