The British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is seeking proposals from qualified Proponents to provide Indigenous engagement services for
Fraser River Tunnel Project (the “Project”) to assist with drafting of the environmental assessment (“EA”) application chapters specific to Indigenous Nations in preparation
for future phases of the Project’s EA process.
The Ministry expects to select one (1) qualified Proponent and to enter negotiations with the successful Proponent, concluding in the execution of a Contract between the
Proponent and the Ministry for collaborative delivery of the described scope.
The Ministry anticipates awarding the Contract for Indigenous engagement services in August 2023.
