Description
Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“VCH”) hereby gives notice of its intent to enter into contract negotiations with SapienSecure, a trusted service provider (the “Service Provider”) to provide expert services, including data extraction, de-identification, remediation and related advisory services, for the secure release of health data, including medical images, to support research and innovation projects (the “Services”)
VCH intends to enter into a 1-year contract with an option to extend for up to 1 years. The value of the 1-year contract is estimated to be $250,000.00.
