Description
The DMB has recently completed a multi-year, application upgrade and cloud migration initiative for its Debt Management System (DMS), a customized implementation of Wall Street Suite (WSS) version 7.4.85. This upgrade project was very complex, with many enhancements and system modifications deferred to post-implementation. These post-project implementation tasks require the assistance of WSS Senior Application Support Specialists to provide configuration, development, troubleshooting and implementation support and guidance to the Operational Support Team.
Under the direction of the DMB Business Project Manager and the ISB Senior Business Consultant, and working remotely approximately 25 hours per week, the selected WSS Senior Application Support Specialists will be responsible for providing post-upgrade design/development expertise, knowledge transfer and configuration support to the Operational Support Team to enhance and sustain the WSS. Areas of expertise required include accounting, collateral management, reporting using WSS Report Generator, front end configuration and back end programming support.
