Prime Consulting Services – Sewer Heat Recovery Plant Project

Lonsdale Energy Corporation (LEC) is requesting proposals from interested proponents (Proponents) in response to this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for a project team to provide Prime Consultant Services
for a Sewer Heat Recovery Plant (SHRP). The successful proponent will consist of a project team with architectural consultants, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and other specialty consultants as deemed necessary by the proponent.
The team should also include a construction advisor to aid the design process.
The building will primarily serve as an industrial facility, and therefore consulting services could be led (with practical experience and justification) by many of the above disciplines. However, the building is within the public realm and will be significant to LEC and The City of North Vancouver (The City). The facility must fit within the context of the surrounding mixed-use neighbourhood and the nearby Mosquito Creek and serve as a positive promotional tool for LEC and The City. As such, the building’s design is expected to have significant input from an architectural firm regardless of the project
lead.
