Energy Corp. (LEC) is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal for Detailed Design and Construction Administration services for
LEC’s district heating distribution system. 2 sections of the district heating distribution system are being contemplated for design as part of this package,
known as “Section 1” and “Section 2” respectively.
Section 1 is approximately 180m long, contained within the 100 block of East 3rd Street in the City of North Vancouver.
Section 1 will require only detailed design work.
Section 2 is approximately 1120m long from the western abutment of 2nd street bridge over Mosquito Creek to the intersection of West 3rd Street and
Chesterfield Avenue, in the City of North Vancouver.
Section 2 will require detailed design and construction administration services.
Section 1 will need to be delivered earlier than Section 2.
