RFP: Consultant for Vision, Mission and Values Review

The Squamish Public Library board is seeking to hire a facilitator or consultant to assist in developing its mission, vision and values. The ideal facilitator or consultant will be one whose approach or framework will engage library staff and trustees in the process, drawing upon the collective knowledge and diverse viewpoints represented. As important as the end product is the process; the hope is that this experience will provide an inspiring and meaningful opportunity to work together as a team while establishing our new mission, vision and values. The proposed process should demonstrate the potential for an inspiring, fun, and collaborative effort for everyone involved.
