Description
The City of Prince Rupert ("City") is seeking proposals from qualified proponents ("Proponents") in response to this request for proposals ("RFP") for the provision of Services (as defined herein) to be carried out within the required schedule set out herein for purchasing a new landfill excavator. The City is looking to replace the current rental excavator (Cat 323 -54900lb machine) with machinery that has equivalent or similar capabilities, new or used, to adequately suit the needs of day to day operations at the City Landfill (the "Project").
Proponents may propose multiple style excavators with the optional equipment. The City will choose the best equipment suited for the needs to operate the landfill. A maximum $250,000 is budgeted for the equipment.
