The District of Oak Bay is requesting proposals from Consultants/Consulting firms who specialize in conducting condition assessments on streetlight and traffic signal poles.
The objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive condition assessment on the District’s streetlight poles and traffic signal poles to identify any structural damage, maintenance requirements, safety concerns, etc. as part of a three-point condition analysis so that the District can plan for future improvements effectively.
