Description
CBRE is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for General Repair & Maintenance at various Provincial BC Account sites across BC. This includes the subcategories General Repair (incl Signage), Plumbing, flooring, painting, masonry, carpentry and Roofing. CBRE is seeking a qualified service provider(s) to perform the scheduled and unscheduled (as and when required) General Repair services. Participants can chose to submit a proposal for all subcategories, a selection or just one. The initial term of the Contract will be up to 3-year period, with an option for up to 2 one-year extensions, if it is in the best interest of CBRE. CBRE is looking for a fixed cost contract for the initial term of the Contract.
