Description
The B.C. Ministry of Agriculture and Food seeks a tradeshow planner to coordinate and deliver an agriculture focused trade show in conjunction with the Southern Interior Horticultural Show. The Proponent will work in collaboration with Ministry staff and regional stakeholder groups to solicit exhibitors and coordinate venue and exhibitor logistics related to the tradeshow. The Proponent will also promote the events, manage exhibitor registration, and provide on-site support.
Contract duration
The estimated contract period will be 24 month(s).
