Projects greater than $5 million may make a Proposal for this RFP. The Owner will not consider a Proposal
from a firm not already pre-qualified.

Site Visit
The Owner has arranged a site visit for the benefit of interested Proponents who are preparing Proposals.
The date(s) and time(s) of site visit(s) are as noted below:
Date: August 16, 2023
Times: 09:00 – 10:00 Hrs. Pacific Time
Meeting Location: 1002 Station Street, Vancouver, BC
Attendance Notification Date: August 11, 2023 
- Interested Proponents are requested to send a notification of attendance to the Contact Person by the 'Attendance Notification Date' noted above.
- Interested Proponents must identify the names of attendees in the notification.- Attendance is limited to two individuals per Proponent.
- Attendees must provide their own personal protective equipment (PPE) including long pants, safety vest, safety gloves, eye protection, hard hat, and steel toe boots. Attendees without appropriate
PPE will not be permitted to walk the site.

A site visit is not mandatory. The Owner, in its discretion, may arrange further site visits.
