Description
The Ministry is intending to post a Request for Standing Arrangement opportunity. The Ministry is seeking to engage with service providers on an as, if and when required basis, through standing arrangement contracts to provide training, consulting, and/or facilitation in one or more of the following service areas:
a) Service Area 1: Organizational and/or Systemic Change
b) Service Area 2: Talent Management
c) Service Area 3: Service Excellence and/or Service Design
The services that will be provided under the standing arrangements awarded pursuant to the RSA will support the work of the Ministry's Enterprise Services Division across the province.
