Description
The purpose of this RFQ is to pre-qualify firms to address maintenance needs on an ad hoc basis. VFPA intends to use this process to identify qualified firms with the purpose of creating a shortlist of qualified firms. These firms could be selected to respond directly to potential upcoming work on an ad hoc basis for a period of up to three (3) years (two (2) year initial term, with potential one (1) year extension) upon notification of acceptance as a qualified consultant. This RFQ process does not in any way obligate VFPA to engage any of the pre-qualified firm(s) for specific future opportunities.
