BCNET is providing potential procurement opportunity with early notice on the following forthcoming scheduled project for advertising on BCBid.
Project Title: Request for Supplier Qualification (“RFSQ”) for Cybersecurity Professional Services
BCNET intends to post RFSQ to solicit competitive proposals to provide IT Professional Services. The roster will have two (2) categories of Cybersecurity Professional Services – Planning and Assessment Services, and Response Services. - Consultants that provide independent and impartial consulting, assessment and response support;
- Value Added Resellers (VARS’s) that could provide some or full range of services;
- Increase Member access to qualified suppliers, considering regional needs;
- Provide Members with access to leading Cybersecurity Professional Services that will augment Members current solutions or implementation of new solutions related to the protection of the institutional systems and information;
- Reduce and contain the costs of professional services and reduce administrative efforts through readily accessible Services;
- Maintain the quality of Services through an ongoing evaluation tool and performance evaluation mechanism; and
- Reduce service quality risk by evaluating and reporting performance and confirming eligibility requirements and credentials.
