Description
The City of Prince Rupert is reposting this RFQ for construction of Phase 1 of its project to upgrade the HVAC system in City Hall, as designed by Rocky Point Engineering, with work to be completed by May 31, 2024. Detailed specifications are attached.
A Site Walkthrough will not be held as this is a reposting. Mandatory Conference Call (for non pre-registered bidders) - Wednesday, August 16, at 2PM
Tender Close: Thursday August 24th at 2PM
Inquiries during the tender period may be directed to the appropriate consultant but must be copied to the prime consultant. Inquiries are to be submitted by e-mail only. No oral clarifications will be issued. All changes to the contract will be issued in the form of written addenda posted to BC Bid website. Potential bidders are responsible for checking BC Bid website frequently for any updates/addenda.
