Description
The Corporation of the City of Fernie (the City) is seeking tenders from qualified firms for the construction of the following:
1. Exterior and interior repairs to an existing reinforced concrete potable water reservoir and
attached valve chamber, including installation of exterior membrane, rigid insulation, and
cladding.
2. Facilitation of confined space entry for the interior review of two (2) reservoir cells. The scope of
the required interior cell repairs will be determined by the Engineer following the interior cell
review.
3. Installation of a flush valve in the control building.
4. Installation of two (2) unit heaters and HVAC upgrades in the valve chamber.
5. Electrical upgrades.
