VFPA is seeking a qualified professional engineering Consultant (“Consultant”) with extensive experience and expertise in providing comprehensive engineering and environmental assessment services to enable development at a VFPA property (7028 York Road, Richmond, BC). The Consultant is expected to be familiar with delivering services and deliverables associated to the design, permitting, environmental mitigation and execution of site preparation for large industrial or commercial facilities. The required professional services are highly multidisciplinary in nature, including Geotechnical, Civil, Utilities and Drainage, and Environmental elements. All applicable professionals must be registered with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (“EGBC”) and be in good standing. Consultant firm(s) must have a Permit to Practice with EGBC in the practice of professional engineering or geoscience.
