The purpose of this RFP is to invite interested respondents who are interested in leasing the bike shop and repair space for bike sales, repairs and coordination of a Cycling BC/Canada bike rental/loan program at a new Clubhouse building, which is being built at the Jordie Lunn Bike Park at 2990 Irwin Road.
