Community Survey for the City of Fernie

The Corporation of the City of Fernie (the City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for the provision of professional services to design and deliver a statistically valid citizen satisfaction survey and analyse and present a report on the results. Civic engagement, timely and compelling communications, and sustainable service delivery are at the core of the City of Fernie’s strategic objectives and Asset Management Policy.

The proponent will work with staff to review previous iterations of surveys, understand the scope of current municipal services, and redesign, deliver, and report on a survey to support enhanced service-focused planning for the 2024 budget and five-year financial plan. To align with the City’s budget process, the final presentation will be required to be complete in November 2023.
