This Request for Proposal, as may be amended from time to time by Addenda (the “NRFP”) is an invitation by the City of Nanaimo to prospective and qualified Proponents to submit proposals for Traffic Signal Management System Software as further described in Section 4 Scope of Requirements and Services.
To respond to the growing transportation needs, the City has identified a need to implement a Traffic Signal Management System (TSMS), along with other Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) solutions. The implemented system shall be a Software as a Service.
