Description
As part of the VRTS Maintenance Service department's forward-thinking modernization journey, the department aims to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation in scheduling, maintenance, performance tracking, and productivity at the shop floor level through the implementation of a comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System and reducing the number of applications currently used to perform the maintenance task. The information provided will inform future specification development, procurement activities, and planning activities.
