Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) intends to replace heat pump HP-1 and retain the replacement services for the North Shore Hospice, Project Number D715-00.
The existing heat pump HP-1 is being replaced to ensure dependable heat pump operation, improve energy efficiency, and reduce operational costs related to maintenance. • Trane Canada ULC has established working relationships with the North Shore Hospice project team and the Facility Maintenance and Operations team, and has built knowledge of the site and its existing infrastructure.
    • Trane Canada ULC can complete the work within the health organization’s required timeline that will have the smallest impact on the facility and its residents.
    • Trane Canada ULC is registered and compliant with all applicable WorkSafe BC regulations.
    • Trane Canada ULC has Commercial General Liability insurance coverage in an amount not less than $5,000,000.00 inclusive per occurrence against bodily injury, personal injury and property damage.

Contractors wish to challenge this decision are to email the undersigned by September 17, 2023, 15:00 PST.
