Description
1.1 Purpose
Providence Health Care Society (the "Owner") has issued this Request for Proposals ("RFP"), for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified proponents to undertake the Cost Consultant services described in Appendix 'A' to this RFP (the "Services") with respect to the project described in Appendix 'A' (the "Project").
1.3 Qualification of Cost Consultants
The Cost Consultant should be member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) with an office in British Columbia and has a permit to practice in the province of British Columbia.
