Take notice that in accordance with Section 43 of the Forest Act, the District Manager of the 100 Mile House Natural Resource District has offered the following replacement community forest agreement:
Community Forest Agreement: K4W
Licence Holder: CLINTON & DISTRICT COMMUNITY FOREST OF BC LIMITED
Location: Clinton
Commencement Date: January 1, 2024
The replacement community forest agreement, if accepted by the current licence holder, will have a term of 25 years, and will contain the same land base and timber resources as the community forest agreement it replaces.

Licence Holder: CLINTON & DISTRICT COMMUNITY FOREST OF BC LIMITED
Location: Clinton
