Bird Construction (“Construction Manager”), on behalf of Vancouver Community College (“Owner”) and Colliers Project Leaders (PM) hereby invite interested Trade Contractors to present their qualifications for consideration to pre-qualify for future Early Works Tender Packages for the Centre for Clean Energy & Automotive Innovation building located in Vancouver, BC. Please note that this is not an invitation to bid or a competitive bidding process. Trade Contractors are to communicate with the Construction Manager throughout the pre-qualification process through the contacts listed in the Request for Pre-qualification document attached, or the BCBid enquiries interface.
