Description
Proposals are invited for Building Envelope Replacement and Structural Assessment Services for Windsor Secondary School located at 931 Broadview Drive, North Vancouver, BC V7H 2E9.
Proponents shall be a professional consulting firm, experienced in the investigative assessments of civil structures. Work shall include, but it is not limited to existing envelope assembly investigation in order to prepare for phased removal and replacement, to investigate the structural integrity and advise on repair work, to design new building envelope assembly, to coordinate and administrate all associated reporting, design, tendering and construction.
