Description
Design engineering and construction administration services are required for infrastructure servicing and road crossing requirements to support the development of a future hotel and parkade. Specifics include; potential for new road crossing over the rail trail, new sanitary and water service to the site, re-routing of storm water around the site, conduit for communication to the tenant lease lines, primary power to tenant lease line, reconfigured entrance to short- and long-term parking to facilitate development.
