The City of Nelson is seeking the professional services of an experienced ESRI Geographic Information System (GIS) management consultant to develop a business case, create a 5-year spatial strategy, and prepare a detailed implementation cost estimate for a city-wide implementation of an ESRI GIS for all but the hydroelectric department.
