E821-00 VCH Moderate De-Escalation Team TI Renovation

This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization to select a General Contractor for Project E821-00 VCH Moderate De-Escalation Team tenant improvement renovation project. A potential location has been identified for the relocation of the Intensive Health Outreach Team (IHOT), Moderate De-escalation Team, and Integrated Supports Framework Team (ISF) within the Woodwards Building at 111 W Hastings Street, Vancouver. The IHOT team is currently situated on the 4th floor of the Woodwards building, with plans to move to the 6th floor. The proposed site encompasses approximately 8,567 square feet and will undergo minor renovations, including the creation of new rooms through the construction of drywall partitions with metal studs. The scope of work involves selective demolition, new paint application, and the installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) infrastructure to accommodate new furniture and workstations. Mechanical upgrades will encompass plumbing activities, including the installation of sanitary drainage fixtures, equipment, and piping. Additionally, cooling provisions will be implemented for the new IT/Server room. Fire protection services will be adjusted through reconfiguration and finishing to align with the updated layout, while HVAC distribution will be reconfigured as necessary in areas impacted by ceiling modifications. The project is anticipated to start on December 8, 2023 and complete by January 26, 2024, with ready-for-takeover and go live date February 6, 2024. Eligible Bidders:Only Bidders pre-qualified by the Health Organization in the following discipline may submit a Tender in response to this ITT:
