Description
City of Prince George (“the City”) is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the annual supply and delivery of bedding plants, pursuant to the terms, conditions and specifications outlined herein.
All prices submitted in response to this Invitation to Tender shall remain fixed for the initial term and be mutually accepted by the City and supplier for all optional extensions of this contract.
The specified delivery dates should be carefully considered before bidders submit a quote. Failure to meet delivery dates may result in cancellation of any subsequent orders.
This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Bidders offering the lowest bid(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
