Description
Capital Regional District invites Proposals for a procurement transformation project, where a centralized or hybrid-centralized purchasing, procurement, and vendor-management model is designed and costed for implementation at the regional district. Proposals should be provided by consultants with adequate skill with similarly sized or larger organizations and adequate human resource capacity to complete the work.
CRD is not only interested transformation options but in identifying opportunities for
change within existing processes and procedures, based on cost and ease of implementation
and communication, including specific changes that can occur with and without major structural
changes to the organization and its business processes.
