MRN Pavement Rehab – Como Lake Ave and Clarke Rd
The City of Coquitlam invites tenders for MRN Pavement Rehab – Como Lake Ave and Clarke Rd generally consisting of the following, but not limited to:
- Asphalt Surface Milling – 4300 sq.m
- Full Depth Asphalt Milling – 2450 sq.m
- Pavement Crack Cleaning and Filling – 260 l.m.
- Hot-Mix Asphalt Paving MMCD LC#1 – 450 tonnes
- Hot-Mix Asphalt Paving MoTI Medium Mix – 920 tonnes
- Pexco FG Yellow Delineators C/W Bolted Base – 70 l.m.

Printing of Tender documents and drawings is the sole responsibility of the Tenderers.
Tenders submitted must be accompanied by a copy of the original specified 10% Bid Bond and will be received:
On or before 2:00pm local time

Questions are to be submitted in writing quoting the Tender number and name up to 3 business days before the closing date and sent to email: bid@coquitlam.ca
Questions received after that time may not receive a response.
Please note that the Purchasing department at City Hall will be closed at 12:00 pm on Friday, December 22, 2023 and reopen at 8:00 am on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Queries will not be reviewed until January 2, 2024. City service operations will remain in full service.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders and the lowest or any Tender may not necessarily be accepted. The City also reserves the right to cancel any request for Tender at any time without recourse by the Tenderer.
The City, prior to award of any Tender, may negotiate with the Tenderer presenting the lowest price compliant Tender, for changes in the Work, materials, specifications or conditions without having any duty or obligation to advise any other Tenderers or to allow them to modify their Tenders, and the City will have no liability to any Tenderer as a result of such negotiations or modifications.
Procurement of goods and services are in accordance with Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the New West partnership Agreement (NWPTA).
