Bridge design and fabrication - Mt. Robson Provincial Park

BC Parks is seeking proponents to design, fabricate and deliver trail bridge structures for use in Mount Robson Provincial Park.

The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a contractor with suitable qualifications, experience, and resources, who will design and fabricate 3, aluminum truss recreation bridges for future installation on the Berg Lake Trail. The RFP package provides general concepts, key structure requirements and limitations for these structures. The proponent responses will provide structure design and fabrication detail that will demonstrate how constructability and cost efficiencies will be achieved considering remote site installation, helicopter transport, and other associated logistics. The structure design will also seek to compliment aesthetic values appropriate for a natural environment, park setting.
