Description
BC Wildfire Service requires a triple wide office trailer to address space shortfalls at the Southeast Fire Centre, located in Castlegar, BC.
The trailer must have, at minimum:

- 3 closed door offices (each measuring 9.3 mᒾ)
- 12 workstations (each measuring 6.5 mᒾ)
- 2 privacy washrooms
- 1 locker room (measuring 22.30 mᒾ)
- 1 coffee station with counter and space for apartment size fridge
- 1 storage room (measuring 4.5 mᒾ)
- Breezeway to main building
- Stairs/ramp and decking
- Blocking and skirting, according to local government bylaws
