Description
The City of Campbell River is requesting proposals from qualified proponents to provide Employee Group Benefits and the Administration the plan in accordance with the City’s current and future needs.
This RFP includes providing and administering the coverages for employee and dependents including, but not limited to, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, short term and long term income benefits, healthcare (i.e. hospital, nursing care, medical travel within Canada, prescription drugs, hearing aids, orthotics, blood-glucose monitoring, etc.), paramedical expenses (i.e. acupuncture, chiropractors, massage, podiatrists, psychologists, counselors, therapists, etc.), vision care and eye exams, dental care, survivor benefits, out-of-country emergency care and global medical assistance.
