This Contract comprises the electrical construction work at 763 Harbourside Drive, North Vancouver, BC, for Lonsdale Energy Corporation’s natural gas-powered boiler system at the proposed Mini-Plant 9 (MP9) facility.

2 Gasketed plate-and-frame heat exchangers, 2,250 kW
Field instruments: Temperature Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, Flow meters, Energy calculators
Electrical Work includes supply and installation of electrical equipment, including but not limited to:
This Contract comprises the electrical construction work at 763 Harbourside Drive, North Vancouver, BC, for Lonsdale Energy Corporation’s natural gas-powered boiler system at the proposed Mini-Plant 9 (MP9) facility.
MP9 consists of a 4,500-kW boiler system, which includes the following equipment:
3 Gas Condensing Boilers, 1,500 kW3 Boiler Loop Pumps 5 hp
3 DES Loop Pumps 15 hp
2 Gasketed plate-and-frame heat exchangers, 2,250 kW
Field instruments: Temperature Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, Flow meters, Energy calculators
Electrical Work includes supply and installation of electrical equipment, including but not limited to:
- Panel boards and circuit breakers
- Receptacles
- Transformers
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
- Supply and installation of electrical cable tray systems.
- Supply and installation of power cables (120/208V and 600V)
- Supply and installation of instrumentation, control, and communication cables, including terminations at the PLC Control Cabinet (supplied by Others) and field equipment (e.g., mechanical equipment, sensors
- Supply and installation of junction boxes.
- Supply and installation of electrical conduit and wiring.
- Supply and installation of bonding conductors and terminations.
- Supply and install electrical connections to mechanical equipment (including motors supplied by Others).
- Installation of 75kVA, 600V – 120/208V transformer.
- Installation of PLC Control Cabinet (supplied by Others).
- Provide electrical testing and commissioning services.
