This direct award is being considered due to the Supplier’s professional qualifications as a Professional Agrologist and unique experience in preparing Nutrient Management Plans (NMPs) for agricultural operations the area, which requires the collection of soil samples and interpretation of results within the context of nutrient management practices.

The main objective of the contract is to collect soil samples on agricultural fields in the vadose zone above Aquifer 103 from agricultural fields. This includes:

The main objective of the contract is to collect soil samples on agricultural fields in the vadose zone above Aquifer 103 from agricultural fields. This includes:
- Securing permission from area producers to voluntarily participate in the sampling program, and
- Determining sites appropriate for sampling, and
- Collecting samples for analysis using proper methodology, and
- Submitting samples for analysis at a certified analytical laboratory.
